Simple Shipping Policy
By placing your order you indicate your agreement to abide by
these terms
We ship all domestic orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail
which offers fast 1-3 day service across the USA. UPS or FedEx is
not available.
Our shopping cart software will automatically offer
international customers all available shipping options based on
order weight and ship-to country. Please use the shopping cart to
determine your shipping costs.
Orders received by 10 PM Pacific time will ship the same
business day.
When you successfully complete your online order, our system
automatically emails you an order confirmation. Upon shipment you
will be emailed another notification with tracking number. If you
do not receive these emails please check your "spam" folder, or log
into your Relentless Improvement account and check the accuracy of
the email address that you provided.
If you do not receive your domestic shipment within 5 business
days of receiving your tracking number, do not call us, instead
please call your local post office and ask for assistance.
We use Delivery Confirmation on all domestic orders.
Once your order ships, it becomes your responsibility.
If you desire your order to be insured, you MUST email us before
placing it.

$150.00 and up = Free Shipping
International Orders
We ship worldwide, except Germany and Iceland.
You will be offered your choice of shipping methods in the
shopping cart.

Global Express Mail averages 4-6 days, provides detailed
tracking.
We URGE you to choose Global Express for its faster
service and detailed tracking information. **First Class
International DOES NOT OFFER TRACKING**
Global Priority Mail averages 6-14 days. Offers partial
tracking.
First Class Mail International averages 10-14 days.
Offers NO tracking.
Understanding and paying for any local taxes, duties,
etc is your responsibility. We never assess any VAT taxes.
If you desire your order to be insured, you MUST email us before
placing it.
It is your responsibility to know what products are
allowed to be shipped to your country. If you don't order
products that are not allowed in your country, then you will not be
disappointed when your order is returned to us by your customs
service.
If your order is confiscated by customs, or delivery is refused,
we are not responsible and do not provide refunds.
Customs clearance on average takes from 1 day to 5 weeks. There
is nothing we can do to control this. Some countries are slower
than others. Don't panic.
Our customs declaration documents indicate our shipments as
"Food Supplements", and match the invoiced dollar total. We will
not falsify customs forms or invoices, please do not ask.
