Thank you for your email.
1. I have just confirmed your shipment was sent to the address that you provided. Please see the Shipping Confirmation that we emailed to you.
2. South Korea shipments are ALWAYS extremely slow to clear Korean Customs.
3. It is normal and typical that once the parcel leaves the USA and enters SK Customs, no activity will show on the shipment tracking information.
4. There is nothing you or I can do to speed Customs clearance.
5. In the unlikely event your local postal service tried to deliver and could not, it may be at a local delivery office. You can try to contact your local Postal Service office, supply the tracking information and ask for assistance. You do not need to tell them what is in the package and if they ask, advise "vitamins".
6. All packages, with extremely rare exception, either eventually get delivered or are returned to us. If we receive it back, I will email you to let you know and offer to refund less the shipping cost.
**It is extremely frustrating for you and for me that South Korea is SO SLOW to clear shipments. Government Bureaucracy!**
