Where is my Order?
Relentless Improvement LLC wants you to receive your order quickly and without worry. What I can tell you with certainty:
1. Your order did ship.
2. Last tracking scan commonly shows San Francisco. Normal, typical.
3. It is now subject to customs clearance at the destination which can take more, or less time. I, nor you, have any ability to affect this.
4. If it has been more than about three weeks, then your local postal carrier probably made an attempt to deliver, and nobody was home or tax payment was required, and it is currently at your local post office. Please call your local Post Office, provide the tracking number, and ask for their help as to status.
5. Orders to some countries are taking 6-8 weeks to be delivered due to VERY slow Postal Service and Customs clearance time due to COVID virus. There is nothing we can do about that. The orders eventually show up. ORDER EARLY to allow time for delivery.
6. In the rare and unusual event your local postal authorities return the package to us, upon receipt, you will be immediately contacted and offered refund/reshipment costs/options.
