Tried for a week. Frequent bowel movements which is not good for me. I took the lowest does, 1 pill. I also skipped a few days, but still after taking just one I had problems.

This product has worked well for me. Improved inflamation in feet and legs. I take two capsules per day. Would order more if the product were offered for more than 60 capsules per bottle
